Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Petavue Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered data analysis and business reporting services ("Service") to organizations ("Client" or "you"). Our Service includes automated analysis of business KPIs, data quality verification, and report generation, supported by human analyst oversight.

2. Data Access and Security

2.1 API Access and Credentials
  • You grant Petavue authorization to access your specified data systems through APIs and provided credentials
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and access credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • We will maintain industry-standard security protocols to protect your credentials and access tokens
2.2 Data Processing
  • We process your data on-demand and do not store it long-term
  • Data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws
  • You retain all ownership rights to your data
  • We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during processing

3. AI Model and Training

3.1 Model Training
  • You grant us permission to use your data to train and improve our AI models
  • We will anonymize and aggregate all training data
  • Trained models may be used to benefit our service and other clients
  • No client-specific confidential information will be shared through model training

4. Service Accuracy and Liability

4.1 Report Verification
  • All reports and analyses are verified by qualified human analysts
  • We strive for maximum accuracy in all deliverables
  • You acknowledge that despite verification, errors may occur
4.2 Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months
  • We make no warranties about the absolute accuracy of analyses
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating reports for your business needs

5. Term and Termination

5.1 Duration
  • This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
5.2 Termination Process
  • Upon termination:
    • All API access is immediately revoked
    • In-progress analyses will be completed if payment is current
    • All credentials and access tokens are automatically invalidated
    • You have 7 days to download any needed reports
5.3 Immediate Termination

We may terminate immediately if you:

  • Breach these terms
  • Fail to pay for services
  • Provide incorrect or fraudulent information
  • Use the service in any unauthorized way

6. General Provisions

6.1 Modifications
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice
  • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance
6.2 Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by [Jurisdiction] law
  • Any disputes will be resolved in [Jurisdiction] courts
6.3 Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information

8. Payment and Billing

  • We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
